Dish & Dish: Potluck & Discussion Group (new monthly series!)

Dish & Dish: Potluck & Discussion Group (new monthly series!)

4/11/18 6 - 8pm @1109 Royal St.

We are very excited to kick off a new monthly event series, Dish & Dish! Having engaged, informed conversations about issues that effect womxn is an essential aspect to effective social justice work and we would love to create a space for our community to come together and further our dialogue!

Organizers from our monthly nonprofit collaborations will select readings that relate to the work they do (articles, essays, poems!) and lead an open discussion the topics covered!

We will provide some snacks and libations and would love folks to bring tasty treats to share, potluck style!

For the first event, we're very excited to have Alix'zandria' Tarnowsky ofSexual Trauma Awareness & Response Center lead a discussion based on the articles below! We'll be working with STAR for the month of April in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month and donating 10% of all sales to support them and their mission to To support survivors of sexual trauma, improve systems response, and create social change to end sexual violence.
