Post Mardi Gras Recovery: Massages & Fresh Juice

Hello revelers! We hope you all had a safe and fun carnival season. Ours was full of dancing and love! And if you're anything like us, you might be feeling exhausted right about now. Perhaps a little sore from marching, costuming, and merrymaking until the wee hours? Join us this Friday from 3-6pm for a lil recovery and self-care afternoon! We'll have Meghan of St Claude Massage & Wellness in the store performing chair massages, $1/minute. Work out those sore muscles friends! We'll also have some fresh pressed juice available to load us up on vitamins after the party weekend.

And don't forget to bring by your unwanted beads! We're collecting for Arc of Greater New Orleans, an organization that recycles Mardi Gras beads and provides jobs to people with disabilities.

About the Message Therapist: Meghan loves anatomy and helping folks find a healing modality that works for them. As appropriate health care coverage becomes a stronger source of anxiety for many, broadening our systems for preventative healthcare can reduce stress and promote well being. Meghan believes deeply that being at peace in our own bodies is one of the most radical and valuable forms of self care. Meghan completed a 200 hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training program from the dhyana Center in Sebastopol, California in 2015 and a 675 hour Massage Therapy program at the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2016.
